2. Working principle: connect the compressed air of about 7bar to the pneumatic control system, place one end of the hose assembly to be cleaned in the movable gland, and then select a fixed or hand-held spray gun according to the inner diameter of the hose (generally the pipe with an inner diameter below 1/2" can be used with a hand-held spray gun).
The spray gun nozzle is used against the other end of the hose assembly for flushing, and the spray gun unit can freely switch between two operations: flushing and compressed air blowing and draining the residual water on the inner wall of the hose. The cleaned cleaning solution can be recycled after filtration. The cleaning solution consists of purified water and anti-rust additives. The proportion of rust inhibitors is 5%.
