The company is equipped with 4000 kg-class ultra-high-pressure testing equipment, capable of performing hydrostatic and burst tests on hydraulic hoses, ultra-high-pressure hoses, and hose assemblies, with a maximum test pressure of up to 4000 kg (≈400 MPa / ≈58000 psi), far exceeding the working pressure of conventional hydraulic hoses (generally ≤ 42 MPa / 6000 psi).
This capability is suitable for pipeline verification in extreme conditions such as deep-sea equipment, ultra-high-pressure water jetting, heavy mining machinery, military / aerospace testing, and oil & gas extraction; every hose assembly shipped from the factory undergoes individual pressure testing, and the ultra-high-pressure series can additionally provide third-party pressure test reports.
