Q: How do I choose between a VCR fitting and a ferrule fitting?
A: For ultra-high-purity, high vacuum and high-temperature applications, choose VCR (metal face seal, no dead volume); for ordinary inert gases at ambient temperature, ferrule fittings are more economical.
Q: Can the gasket be reused?
