In equipment maintenance and on-site piping retrofits, experienced technicians keep running into three recurring annoyances:
1. A low-pressure air line on the production line bursts in the middle of the night; the store room has hose but no crimping machine, so everyone has to wait until the next day for someone to bring a machine in — a whole night of downtime;
2. On pilot lines and non-standard equipment, the routing of water and air lines is changed every few days, and each change means dismantling fittings and re-crimping, so all the labour goes into the fittings;
3. Ordinary crimped fittings start seeping at the root after a period of use; smeared with sealant tape and taped again, you still never feel completely at ease.
All three problems have the same root: low-pressure lines are still using the old "must be crimped" method.

KUNGFLEX KC300 is a push-to-connect hose with a PUSH-LOK structure: one end of the hose is pushed straight into a PUSH-LOK fitting of the same series, where the inner rubber liner self-locks against the teeth of the fitting. No crimping equipment is needed at all, it can be fitted by hand on site, and one hose takes thirty seconds.
Key features:

In structure, pressure class and fitting mating method, KC300 is consistent with the Parker 801 series hose and can be used interchangeably with KUNGFLEX PUSH-LOK fittings, giving more flexible spare part replacement and procurement that is not restricted to a single brand.
This point is repeated over and over: PUSH-LOK hoses can only be paired with PUSH-LOK fittings of the same series (such as KF-3CF82, KF3D082, KF3C582, KF30182, KF30682, KF39282, KF3JC82 and similar). You cannot pair a push-to-connect hose with an ordinary crimped fitting, nor use an ordinary hose with a push-to-connect fitting — mismatching causes the fitting to be pulled off under system pressure or tension, at best a leak and at worst injury. Only matched use turns the convenience of "crimping-free" into real reliability.
Q: Can KC300 fully replace crimped hose?
A: It cannot be said in general. KC300 is aimed at low-pressure air lines, water lines and return lines (within about 2.4 MPa), while high-pressure main oil circuits should still use crimped ultra-high-pressure hoses such as 4SH.
Q: Can it be guaranteed leak-free without a crimping machine?
A: PUSH-LOK relies on a self-locking tooth design for sealing. With the same-series fitting correctly selected and fully inserted, no crimping is needed — on condition that mixing is strictly forbidden.
Q: Is it directly interchangeable with the Parker 801?
A: Structure, pressure and fitting mating method are consistent, so it can be interchanged with same-series PUSH-LOK fittings; a trial fit before installation is recommended to confirm.
