PFA High-Purity Hose Assembly High-Purity PFA · SEMI F57 · Double Ferrule Seal · Helium-Leak-Tested Zero Leakage

Extruded from high-purity PFA resin with an ultra-smooth inner wall (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm) and metal-ion leaching below 0.1 ppb, compliant with SEMI F57. Long-term service temperature -200 °C to +260 °C, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, resistant to permeation, cracking and fatigue (flex life approx. 100x that of FEP). Ideal for humidification water lines of thermal test chambers and ultrapure water loops, eliminating metal contamination.

PTFE / Teflon Hose Assembly Ultra-Wide Temperature Range -54 °C to +204 °C · Flare / Ferrule Connection

PTFE (Teflon) inner tube offering the widest temperature range, self-lubricating low friction and electrical insulation. Outer diameter 1/4 inch to 6 inch (6.35 ~ 152 mm), wall thickness 0.15 ~ 2.5 mm optional, continuous lengths up to several hundred metres. Customisable inner diameter, wall thickness, length and function (conductive / antistatic / thermally conductive) — qualified from cryogenic liquid nitrogen to ultra-high temperature service.

PFA Tube
PFA Tube

High purity and corrosion resistant — the first choice for semiconductor and pharmaceutical high-purity water lines. Ultra-smooth inner wall (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm) prevents particle adhesion, metal-ion leaching below 0.1 ppb, compliant with SEMI F57. Standard outer diameter 1/4 inch to 2 inch (6.35 ~ 54 mm), wall thickness 1.0 ~ 3.0 mm optional.

KUNGFLEX Full Range of High & Low Temperature Test Hoses

From high-purity PFA tube (SEMI F57, inner wall Ra ≤ 0.2 μm) to ultra-wide-temperature PTFE tube and cost-effective FEP tube, combined with PFA ferrule fittings and PFA flare fittings — a one-stop solution covering all fluid connection needs of high & low temperature test equipment.

Matching High-Purity Connection Fittings
Weld-Free Quick Connection for Ultra-High-Purity Fluids

PFA double-ferrule fittings use a bite-type seal requiring no welding; third-party helium mass-spectrometer leak testing shows a leak rate of 1x10-9 mbar·L/s or lower. PFA flare fittings are heat-fusion formed in one piece with no metal seal ring and no secondary contamination, in sizes 1/4 inch to 1-1/2 inch for easy assembly and maintenance in vibrating equipment.

FAQ
How to choose between PFA tube and PTFE tube?

For conventional high-purity and corrosive media choose PTFE (good transparency, easy heat fusion, -54 to +204 °C, compliant with SAE100 R4); for an ultra-wide temperature range in high & low temperature testing choose PFA tube. Both resist strong acids and alkalis with a smooth inner wall that does not retain particles.

Why use PFA tube for thermal test chamber water lines?

Ordinary plastics become brittle below -40 °C and soften above +100 °C. PFA tube withstands -200 to +260 °C, resists corrosion, has an ultra-smooth inner wall (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm) that does not adhere particles, and metal-ion leaching below 0.1 ppb — making it the first choice for humidification and ultrapure water lines in high-end test chambers.

Do PFA ferrule fittings require welding?

No. PFA ferrule fittings use a double-ferrule bite seal — simply insert the tube and tighten the nut for a weld-free connection with a leak rate as low as 1x10-9 mbar·L/s, easy to maintain and re-assemble. PFA flare fittings are heat-fusion formed in one piece, also weld-free and free of metal contamination.

Do you support custom and non-standard specifications?

Yes. KUNGFLEX provides non-standard customisation of tube diameter, wall thickness (PFA 1.0~3.0 mm / PTFE 0.15~2.5 mm), length and fitting type, backed by burst testing and helium mass-spectrometer leak-testing verification services.
