HB4-4FA-2002 Navigation Connector Features

2025-05-08
Pass-through design:
The centerline at both ends of the joint is a straight line with no bending, which facilitates the smooth flow of fluid in the pipeline and reduces pressure loss.

High Strength & Pressure:

Standard joints in the aerospace industry are usually required to have high strength and pressure resistance to adapt to the complex and changeable aviation environment. HB4-4FA-2002 joints may be manufactured with high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, alloy steel, etc., to ensure their reliability and safety during use.

Flared Connection:

Drawing on the common connection methods of HB4-4 series fittings, HB4-4FA-2002 fittings may use flared connection technology, in which the port of the tube is expanded into a flared or tapered shape by a flaring tool, and then inserted into the flared end of the fitting and tightened to achieve a reliable sealed connection.

Standardization & Interchangeability:

Aerospace industry standard fittings typically follow strict dimensional and tolerance standards to ensure that fittings from different manufacturers are interchangeable. The HB4-4FA-2002 connector may also follow this principle, making it easy for users to connect and replace between different devices and systems.

Lightweight design:

Considering the stringent weight requirements in the aviation industry, the HB4-4FA-2002 joint may adopt a lightweight design to reduce the overall weight by optimizing the structure and selecting lightweight materials, thereby reducing the burden on the aircraft and improving fuel efficiency.

Good sealing performance:
Aerospace industry standard fittings are often required to have good sealing properties to prevent fluid leakage. HB4-4FA-2002 fittings may be made of special sealing structures or materials to ensure reliable sealing under harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.

Corrosion & Abrasion Resistance:

In view of the high requirements for corrosion and wear resistance of joints in the aerospace industry, HB4-4FA-2002 joints may be subjected to special surface treatment processes (such as galvanized plating, nickel plating, etc.) to improve their corrosion and wear resistance.
